inflatable gag with tube

Hello all.
I just bought an inflatable gag for my sub. It has a tube that
runs through it for.... well that's why I am writing. I would
love to get some suggestions as to ways I can use this device. I
am somewhat new to Ds lifestyle and could use some good ideas.
