All tangible goods (CDs DVDs) are despatched by express mail within 48 hours of confirmed payment and should be received within 5 working days of our email advice of despatch. If you do not receive your order within this time we will immediately despatch another.

We guarantee that all digital goods supplied or accessed by our customers are precisely as described on this website. Refunds are not issued for digital goods or online access based on customers changing their minds, or deciding they did not like what they downloaded or accessed. If a customer finds any goods supplied to not be serviceable or as we described then we will replace the item. If any digital content accessed does not fulfil the promise advertised we will either refund or offer an alternative.
